Try the following things FIRST before you email support:
Make sure you are connected to the internet
Swipe out of the app
Hard-restart (hold down the home button and the power button until the iPad turns off and you see the Apple logo).

I can't find my iPad
Talk to your homeroom teacher to help you find and/or contact Mr. Salazar, Ms. Sloan or Ms. Smith. We can help determine if the iPad is in the building and ping it.
Be sure to check all of your classes, your locker, and the main office first.
When you send an email to Tech Support ([email protected]) be sure to include: your name, grade level, homeroom teacher, and as much detail about the tech issue that you can.
