Adding Members to the Course (do not use for Adding students)
- Paraprofessionals and special education teachers can be added to the necessary courses
- All added members will need to be added as Administrators.
- If you need to add a student, contact your grade level administrator
1. Open up the course to which you wish to add teachers. On the left side of the screen, click on "Members." When the new screen opens, click "Add members."
2. Search for the teachers/paras you wish to add to the class and click on their name to select them. (You may select more than one person at a time.) After you have selected all the people you wish to add to the course, click on "Add Members.: The selected teaachers will then be enrolled in your course.
3. Once added, you will need to return to your members list, select the gear next to their name, and make them an Admin by selecting “Make Admin” from the drop down menu. **If you skip this step the teacher will be booted out of your class after a period of time.**
