Create a blog talking about your daily schedule and the activities of others. Your blog must contain the following:
You will type and post your final copy on KidBlog. (Links will be on Schoology.)
- A greeting and a closing
- 3 sentences telling basic information about yourself
- 6 sentences about activities you participate in or don’t participate in
- Name a friend or family member and specify the relation to you
- One sentence to tell about an activity that the above person participates in
- One sentence telling an activity that 2 or more of your friends/family members do
- One sentence describing an activity that you and family/friends participate in together
- Include the conjugated verb jugar at least once in your letter o Include 3 different frequency words somewhere in your letter
- Include 3 times of activities in your letter
- Include the place of at least one activity
- 3 questions asking about pal’s schedule (do not use gustar):
- one question must include a time
- one question must include the frequency
- the last question is your choice
- one question must include a time
- Correct punctuation, capitalization, accents and spelling
- 3 responses to other posts (Blog responses need to answer questions from the post and make connections/comparisons with your day to something from the post)

Signing into Kidblog
1. Click on your class below.
2. Click on the "Join" button.
3. You will be prompted to enter a "Join Code." Use the one written on the board. Then hit ENTER on the keyboard.
4. You will then be asked to sign up. Choose the "Sign up with Google" option. Enter your school email and password to complete the process.
5. Click on the class to enter the blog website.
Writing and Publishing a New Post
1. "New Post +"
2. Copy and paste your blog post from Notability into the provided text box. Use the tools to format it as you wish.
- A. Edit the title of your post. ("El día de...")
- B. Type the body of your post in the black box.
- C. Click "Draft" to save your post, but not publish it,
- D. Publish your post so that others may read it. .
Reading and Adding Comments to Other Students' Posts
Reading Posts From Your Class:
1. On the main page, choose the "Posts" tab to read posts from your classmates.

2. To view posts from other classes, scroll down to the bottom-right side of the screen to find the "connections" section. Tap on the other classes to view and comment on posts from other classes.
Submitting Your Posts and Comments to Schoology
You will be submitting your comments and blog post as 2 SEPARATE screenshot images. Pinch to zoom to enlarge the text on the screen.
