Parent Student Interest Survey
Get to know about your students! Using the google form allows them to tell you about themself from home, with unlimited time/space, and makes it easy for you to keep all responses.

- Create a Google Form. As questions that that mean something. Favorite colors and animals are great, but try to get the student to dig deep. (Use this template to help get started.)

Book Creator - Get to know your class
Each student creates a book creator page about themselves. The pages are combined into one CLASS Book that can be shared with all of the students (even parents if you wanted). Students download the book into iBooks and can learn about their classmates.

Tellagami Mini Introductions
Students create a mini tellagmi video answering any question (introductions, fav part of summer, most looking forward to, etc). They can select their avatar, background, etc. and record their voice.

Students create a pic collage using pictures and text about themselves.

2. QR code video Curriculum Night: Have students create a welcome video for their parents! The video is then uploaded to Google Drive and students a QR code linking to the video. As parents enter for curriculum night, they can use their phones or view their students video messages.
3. Google Slides Human Bingo: Just like the old human bingo, but with a tech twist! Students must add a photo of the person who would typically sign the bingo square. Click the link for a template (don't forget to make a copy)!!
4. Popplet Goal Setting: Use the app Popplet to have students set goals in one, two or three areas. Popplet can be exported as an image or PDF. This can be just for the students or you can ask them to submit them via Schoology so you have a copy as well!
